IFPRI and its 2020 Vision Initiative have launched a two-year global consultative policy process on “Building Resilience for Food and Nutrition Security,” the centerpiece of which will be a global conference held on May 15-17, 2014, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The ultimate objective of the 2020 policy consultation process is to inform, influence, and catalyze action by key stakeholders to improve policies, investments, and institutions that will help to effectively build resilience for food and nutrition security.
